Realiza la solicitud de cambio a través de nuestro correo electrónico ventas@tinywonders.com.co o por WhatsApp. Adjunta una fotografía del producto y copia de la factura (o tu nombre completo y número de identificación si no la tienes).

Changes
At Tiny Wonders, we strive for customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the possibility of making exchanges within one (1) calendar month from the date of receipt of the product.
Procedimiento para cambios
Validación
Verificaremos la disponibilidad del producto en la talla o color que deseas. Los cambios solo se podrán realizar por productos de igual o mayor valor. Si hay un saldo a pagar, te enviaremos un enlace de pago.
Envío
Deberás enviar el producto a la dirección en Bogotá Carrera 19 b # 85-53 a nombre de "Tiny Wonders servicio al cliente tienda online". El producto debe tener las etiquetas adheridas, estar limpio, sin uso y en perfectas condiciones (incluyendo el empaque original). Embalalo correctamente para su transporte.
Evaluación
Una vez recibido, revisaremos el estado del producto. Si no cumple con las condiciones para cambio, te informaremos por correo electrónico la razón y te enviaremos el producto a la dirección de entrega inicial.
Gastos de envío
En caso de cambio por preferencia del cliente (talla o referencia) sin responsabilidad de Tiny Wonders, el envío desde tu dirección hasta nuestras instalaciones correrá por tu cuenta. El envío posterior a tu dirección será cubierto por nosotros.
Exchanges for incorrect product
If you received a product different from the one you purchased, you can request an exchange within a period of one and a half months (1.5 calendar months).
Procedimiento para cambio por producto incorrecto
Solicitud
Realiza la solicitud de cambio/devolución a través del correo electrónico ventas@tinywonders.com.co Adjunta una fotografía del producto y copia de la factura (o tu nombre completo y número de identificación si no la tienes).
Validación
Verificaremos la disponibilidad del producto en la talla o color que deseas. Solo se podrán realizar cambios por productos de igual valor.
Recogida
Recogeremos el producto en la dirección que nos indiques. Deja el producto debidamente embalado en la portería con la guía de transportadora a nombre de "Tiny Wonders servicio al cliente tienda online".
Evaluación
Revisaremos el estado del producto. Debe tener las etiquetas adheridas, estar limpio, sin uso y en perfectas condiciones (incluyendo el empaque original). Si no cumple con las condiciones para cambio, te informaremos por correo electrónico la razón y te enviaremos el producto a la dirección de entrega inicial.
Entrega del producto correcto
Una vez que el producto cumpla con las condiciones, te enviaremos el producto correcto dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de recogida.
Devolución de dinero o crédito en tienda
Si el producto no está disponible, te ofreceremos la devolución del dinero equivalente al valor del producto o un crédito en tienda, a tu elección.
Gastos de envío
Los gastos de recogida y envío correrán por cuenta de Tiny Wonders.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within five (5) business days following receipt of the product.
Procedimiento para el derecho de retracto
Solicitud
Envía una solicitud de retracto a ventas@tinywonders.com.co adjuntando una fotografía del producto y copia de la factura (o tu nombre completo, número de orden de compra y número de identificación si no la tienes).
Envío
Deberás enviar el producto a la CARRERA 19B #85-53 en Bogotá D.C. a nombre de “Tiny Wonders SAS servicio al cliente tienda online”, asumiendo los costos de transporte. El producto debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibiste: con etiquetas, limpio, sin uso y en perfecto estado (con el empaque original).
Evaluación
Revisaremos el estado del producto. Si no cumple con las condiciones para devolución, te informaremos por correo electrónico la razón y te enviaremos el producto nuevamente a la dirección de entrega inicial.
Devolución del dinero
Si se cumplen las condiciones, te devolveremos el dinero total pagado sin descuentos ni retenciones dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a la aprobación de la solicitud de devolución.
Warranty
The products have a warranty of two (2) calendar months from the date of purchase.

Para hacer efectiva la garantía, debes presentar la factura de compra o la constancia/certificado de compra junto con un documento de identificación.
Envío
Recogeremos el producto en la dirección que nos indiques. Deja el producto debidamente embalado en la portería con la guía de transportadora a nombre de "Tiny Wonders servicio al cliente tienda online".
Evaluación
Revisaremos el producto para determinar si cumple con las condiciones de la garantía. Si no las cumple, te informaremos por correo electrónico la razón y te enviaremos el producto nuevamente a la dirección de entrega inicial.
Cambio o devolución del dinero
En caso de que el producto cumpla con las condiciones de la garantía, se procederá al cambio del producto o la devolución del dinero pagado por este, a tu elección, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la valoración del producto por parte del proveedor o fabricante.
Gastos de envío
El gasto de envío correrá por cuenta de Tiny Wonders.

Intellectual property

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company relating to its subject matter and supersedes any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this Agreement at any time. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of any modification will constitute your acceptance of that modification.
