Contract Perfection

Once payment for the purchase order is confirmed, the contract between SKS INVERSIONES and the User is finalized, and the corresponding invoice is issued. The delivery period for the products begins on the next business day following the purchase.

Prices and VAT

The unit prices of the products listed on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT), which is itemized upon order confirmation. Shipping costs, if applicable, are detailed separately.

Shipping charges

The User assumes the shipping costs for the purchased products. The shipping cost is shown when the purchase order is generated and may vary depending on the destination city.

On special occasions, SKS INVERSIONES may assume the shipping costs, information that will be communicated to the User through the Website or in the purchase order.

Product delivery

SKS INVERSIONES delivers the products purchased through the website to the delivery address provided by the user.

Standard Shipping:

Bogotá: Delivery in 1-2 business days starting from the business day following the purchase.
Other cities in the country: Delivery in 2-4 business days starting from the business day following the purchase.

Shipping costs depend on the destination. Shipping is free for purchases over COP $350,000.

Peak Season: During periods such as Black Days and the holiday season, delivery times may be increased by 1-2 additional business days beyond the times mentioned above.

Express deliveries in Bogotá:

Same day shipping:

  • Available: Monday to Friday, for purchases made before 3:00 PM.
  • Delivery: No later than 11:00 PM on the same day.
  • Price: $14,000, regardless of the purchase value.
  • How it works: Select this option at checkout and make your payment before 3:00 PM.

If your purchase is made after 3:00 PM, delivery will be made the next business day.
Express Shipping NOW!:

  • Available: Monday to Friday, for purchases made before 3:00 PM.
  • Delivery: Within 3 hours of purchase.
  • Price: $20,000, regardless of the purchase value.
  • How it works: Select this option at checkout and make your payment before 3:00 PM.

If your purchase is made after 3:00 PM, delivery will be made the next business day.

Important information:

  • SKS INVERSIONES is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure, which will be communicated to the user by phone or email.
  • During periods of high demand, delivery times may be longer than those indicated above.

Payment Methods

SKS INVERSIONES will verify your payment through PAYU LATAM or PSE before accepting the purchase order. You can use the following authorized payment methods on the Website: PSE, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS, AMONG OTHERS.

The User guarantees that the credit/debit card used on the Website is their own or has been specifically authorized by the cardholder for their use. SKS INVERSIONES reserves the right to request additional information to verify the security of the transaction.

All credit transactions on the Website are processed using the PAYU LATAM platform, which is PCI DSS certified for the secure handling of credit card information.

Inventory depletion

Due to high demand and the exclusivity of some items, the stock of certain products may run out quickly. If two or more people purchase a product with only one unit available at the same time, the order received first by our system will be processed.

If it is not possible to make a change due to lack of stock, the User may choose:

  • Another product of the same value.
  • Assume the value of the surplus of the product you wish to acquire.
  • Request a refund of the amount paid within fifteen (15) business days following the date of payment.

Product Description

SKS INVERSIONES makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions, photos, colors, sizes, etc. of the garments correspond to reality. However, we cannot guarantee that the product information or other content on the Website is completely accurate, complete, or error-free.
In the event of a human error in the price of a product (for example, an incorrectly published price due to a typo), SKS INVERSIONES reserves the right to cancel the purchase made by the User and issue a refund. This will apply provided the price difference is clear and verifiable.
